Issue #5

A$14.95

We kick off this issue with an XC Cobra hardtop, not just any Cobra but probably the lowest mile Bathurst Cobra Survivor in existence! We’ve pieced together the full story of the dash in between, from its birth at the Ford Broadmeadows factory to its newest owner.

Studebakers have always held a special place for us and we’ve got a beauty. It’s a fairdinkum Survivor, a real museum piece with around 5,000 original miles on the clock. An incredible feat for a 1957 model!

Cortinas were quite abundant back in the 1970s but today you would be lucky to spot one, let alone a good one. Many ended up rusting away or being taken to the wrecking yard but this one was given a last minute reprieve.

For Chrysler fans, we take a look at a great example of a VF V8 Valiant coupe with a unique yarn to tell.

Last but not least is a ripper Purr-Pull Monaro which has done quite a lot ‘pull-ing’, towing a caravan around Australia. It’s a real ‘I’ve been everywhere man’ Survivor car.

So kick back, get comfy and indulge yourself with another great edition. Enjoy.
