A$14.95

Kicking off Issue 48, is a riveting feature on the 1972 Bathurst Hardie-Ferodo 500, Peter Brock’s first Bathurst race win, with some amazing photos from Autopics.com.au, Robert Davies and other contributors from their personal collection.

We follow up with a feature on a ripper LJ GTR Torana which has been cherished by the current owner for almost three decades.

Next up is a fully loaded Impact Orange CL Chrysler wagon with a bent-eight under the bonnet. It’s a one-owner car that was parked away more than 30 years on a farm in country Victoria.

Representing the blue oval is a lovely feature on a 1968 Ford Galaxie. Incredibly, the current owner’s grandfather owned the very same car decades ago and was more than chuffed when he was able to take ownership of it many years later!

For something different, how about a nice MGB Roadster which the current owner laid eyes on when he was a very young lad.

If you like small and nimble four-cylinders, we’ve got a treat for you! The very popular Holden Gemini Sandpiper. This coupe is like a time capsule, you’ve got to see it to believe it!

Our Future Survivor for this issue is a Winter White FPV BF MkII F6 Typhoon R-Spec that will blow your mind. With only 300 built in total, the turbo-charged six-cylinder R-Specs mix of rarity and sharper handling boosts its desirability for motoring enthusiasts and collectors.

Our International Survivor is from the US, and it doesn’t get any more red-blooded than a 1971 Chevrolet Corvette LS6. The current owner raced against it when he was in high school and got to own it decades later.

We’re sure you’ll enjoy the variety and quality of the Survivor cars featured so get comfortable and immerse yourself in another great issue of your favourite motoring magazine.
